★☆☆☆☆ I brought this on 18 November 2018, fitted on after a week. Since inception heating , water cut off and water pressure problem is there. Lodged a complaint to Havells but no technician visited as promised. Worst product and service by Havells.

★★★★★ Awesome product by Havells.Really easy to install, installed by self.Super silent,liked that silence after startup.Some tips- 1) Kindly check water pressure,it should be high.it may work on low pressure but not sure.2) ventilation is must in bathroom,otherwise you may feel suffocated at start.

★☆☆☆☆ Flame is coming when water TAP on, but it is getting stopped within seconds. water is not getting heat, only normal water is coming from TAP. Unable to return, as we installed after 15 days from delivery, then return option was closed. very unhappy with product.
