After using this product for a few days, I noticed that there was some residue on some utensils and the glasses washed in this dishwasher produced a lot of foam when filled with water. Field engineer was a dumb overconfident person who knew nothing about the dishwasher but just the basics. He first started blaming the pressure of the water but after banging my head against the wall, I convinced him that water pressure was not an issue. Then he tried his luck with the hardness of the water but unfortunately for him, that was also not the cause of the problem as the water in my home was soft and it was checked by him and another good for nothing Bosch engineer. Finally, after contacting their senior, I convinced them that both the product and the engineers were defective. Finally, Bosch took the product and provided a refund.

Earlier given five stars but two star removed after 1 month because of extremely poor post sale service from Bosch .To start with: it's simply perfect for Indian kitchens. After usage of more than a week, we can say that, were are proud owner of Bosh.Cleaning is so perfect, we can't compare with hand washing done by maids as it's nowhere.We are doing with full soiled utensils with no precleaning and it does job to utmost satisfaction. My wife is so happy with it..

I was so very confused about buying a dishwasher as multiple reviews made me confused, finally went ahead and brought one during diwali season....Amazon guys did an amazing job with the delivery....While i was going through the reviews, i also visited the showroom and had a look and feel of the machine.....during that time, i did identified few major points to take care :1) You need to put the machine on a height as a) it does not comes with the stand ; b) putting the utensils in the lower tray will make the person bent everytime..... Hence i made an arrangement in the kitchen wherein there was a provision of water inlet, outlet, electric point and also put a granite slab of 1ft height, making the machine comfortable enough to operate....While now about the machine, i am happy to share that i made the full use of money paid....it's worth every penny, kitchen is clean all the time, we have developed the habit of keep it loading as soon as we are completing the kitchen work, once the machine is fully loaded, operate it....we are operating it twice a day...now, there is no hassle or worry about the maid turning up next day or not....utensils come out shining and clean like never before.... I would recommend everyone to buy if you are looking for some peace of mind from maid...
